VALTEC Appraisal Services is a soley owned sole proprietorship that provides Commercial and Residential appraisal and valuation services by a qualified experienced Certified General Appraiser. 

Established in 1995, we have provided appraisal and valuation services in the Greater Las Vegas market for over a decade.  VALTEC Appraisal Services is an established provider of real estate appraisal services for the mortgage lending market, Local and State Government agencies, relocation companies, and bank portfolio management/REOs.
